ClassDojo
After discussions with parents we have decided to streamline our communication to one easy to use platform - ClassDojo.
The following video is a screenshot of our current page - this is normally only able to be viewed by children and families of our school securely. Individual invites are sent to families to join the school and then link in with their children / children and be able to view their class pages.
Tips and Tricks
Calendar / Events list
- When you load up Class Dojo, the top of the page will show what the next event is - picture 1.
- If you then click on 'View all' you will be able to see all the events and dates added - picture 2
- If you then click on the event it will bring you up further details for each event.
Story
Did you know that your 'story feed' is unique and personal to you? On your feed you will see the general school updates and those posted by the class your child is in. In addition to this, and as we move forward, children can add to their portfolios and only the connected parents will see this.
Discover
Did you know that there is a 'Discover tab' at the bottom right of the screen? This is filled with various activities that you can do at home. There are videos on specific areas, music for relaxation, audiobooks, timers for brushing your teeth and home points.
